Meet Max
Hello! I'm Max Koch, a resident of Stoughton, Wisconsin, and I started Seniorware as a labor of love on the side of my full-time day job. I have been helping my parents, relatives and friends with tech support on a regular basis for years and I realized that I might be able to assist others in the community as well.
Meet Seniorware
Seniorware.net is a personalized tech support service geared towards seniors. I started it in August 2023, and I provide assistance in Stoughton, Wisconsin, as well as McFarland and Fitchburg. I'm available to assist in person or via video call, phone, or email.
If you're running into issues with your computer, phone, or any of your other devices, or simply not able to find a way to do what you're hoping to do, I'm happy to try to assist. I hope to eventually add a self-help resources area to this website based on issues that are commonly requested.
There's no charge to reach out with quick questions or to see if I'm able to help.
Seniorware is a side business to my full-time employment at a nonprofit in Fitchburg, which is why my available hours are outside of standard business hours.
Services offered:
Help setting up a new device (computer, phone, printer, router, TV, etc.)
Troubleshooting an issue with your phone or computer or other device
Fixing WiFi issues
Pricing:
There's no cost to reach out to get an estimate or to see if I might be able to assist with your specific item and what the expected time frame would be
After I recommend a plan of action and you agree to it, my pricing is $48 per hour rounded to the nearest quarter hour, and payment is available by check or cash
Please note that I do charge for travel time from the Stoughton Wal-Mart, if in excess of 10 minutes one-way
